Despite open borders, shared history, and high European integration, cross-border cooperation among real estate professionals across Central Europe remains remarkably low.

Educational programmes covering international real estate — global markets, cross-border transactions, digital tools, investment frameworks — are almost non-existent in the region.

IRC was created to bridge this gap — and to build the human connections that real cross-border business actually runs on.

International real estate — global markets, PropTech, MLS, cross-border law — has been covered only minimally in regional training programmes until now.

② Limited home markets

Brokers who understand neighbouring markets can substantially grow by reaching across borders — to buyers and sellers alike. The opportunity is already there.

③ Shared values, no structure

CEPI and NAR Global partners share aligned professional ethics — but there is almost no structured cooperation at the practitioner level across our region.

④ Foundation is education

IRC is not just a course — it is a platform for ongoing cooperation, joint projects, and the emergence of a lasting Central European professional network.
